Cotton Dyed Knitted Fabric is made of cotton fiber, which is knitted into a cloth through a knitting process and then dyed. It is suitable for making close-fitting or summer clothing such as T-shirts, underwear, baby clothes, and home clothes.
Advantages
Stable Color Fastness
Through a reactive dye pad-dyeing process, combined with full-process pretreatment and color-fixing washing, the finished product achieves color fastness of grade 4 or higher in both washing and rubbing tests, meeting the requirements of frequent washing and long-term use.
Low Dimensional Deformation
Using a double-knit construction and a sizing treatment, the fabric shrinkage is controlled to within ±3% after five washes at 40°C, reducing the risk of dimensional fluctuations after garment production.
Excellent Breathability
Using 30s combed cotton yarn with uniform yarn count and a precisely controlled needle density of at least 28 stitches per inch, the finished product boasts an air permeability exceeding 200mm/s per unit area, enhancing the comfort of summer apparel.
High Fabric Smoothness
Using an open-end spinning process to reduce nep rates and yarn hairiness, coupled with a circular knitting tension control system, the fabric achieves high surface uniformity, making it suitable for high-standard printing and finishing.
