Overview of Printed Woven
But woven printed fabric is first woven from interlaced yarns and then printed with designs. The weaving process stabilizes it, making it a strong material that holds onto printed patterns well. The result is a durable, textured, and vibrant fabric.

The advantages of woven fabric are its stable structure, flat surface, and generally no sagging when hanging, making it suitable for various cutting methods.
Woven fabrics are suitable for various printing and dyeing finishing methods. Generally speaking, printed and jacquard patterns are more refined than knitted, woven, and felt fabrics. There are a wide variety of fabric designs and colors. As a clothing fabric, it has good washing resistance and can be refurbished, dry cleaned, and various types of finishing.
Due to the fact that the warp and weft yarns of woven fabrics have little to do with elongation and contraction, and do not undergo transformation, the fabric is generally relatively tight and quite hard.
When the warp and weft raw materials, yarn count, and density of the fabric do not increase, the fabric exhibits anisotropy, and the different interlacing patterns and finishing conditions can
form a different appearance personality.

Basics of the Weaving Process
The process begins with weaving, where threads are interlaced to form a strong, structured base. In woven fabric, two sets of yarns intersect the warp (threads running lengthwise) and the weft (threads running across the width). The warp threads are held tightly on a loom, while the weft threads are interwoven through them, creating a grid-like structure.
Pre-Treatment: Preparing for Printing
Before the woven fabric can be printed, it undergoes a pre-treatment process to improve dye adherence and color vibrancy.
Printing Techniques on Woven Fabric
The printing stage brings patterns and colors to life. There are several methods of printing on woven fabrics, each suitable for different design needs.
Dyeing and Finishing
Once printed, the woven fabric may be dyed or treated to enhance color fastness and durability.
Quality Control and Inspection
Before woven printed fabrics reach the market, they undergo quality checks to ensure the weave, print quality, color accuracy, and durability meet industry standards.

Different Printing Methods for Fabric
When printing on textiles, you need to use creativity, expertise and technology in equal measures. We also dye fabric; we often do this first, before the machine applies colour. There are different ways to print:
Block Print Method: This is the earliest form of fabric printing. In this method, one applies coloured dye to a wooden block that has a particular pattern or design on it. We then stamp the wooden block onto the material.
Roller Print Method: This reproduction process is fast and less expensive than other methods. We use up to 6 rollers engraved with a print or pattern, each with a different colour. The material goes through different processes to apply and fix the colour.
Screen Printing: This method is similar to the process used to reproduce a photo. When you use the screen fabric print method, you use either a silk or nylon screen.
