Our yarn dyed fabric for winter Heavier yarn dyed materials consisting of wool or flannel are ideal for winter clothing (such as coats, jackets, and scarves). The thick fabric provides warmth and insulation, making it perfect for chilly weather. Yarn dyed fabrics can also be turned into accessories like hats, gloves, and purses that can be used all year.
A yarn-dyed fabric's adaptability for different seasons is influenced not only by its weight, but also by its color and design. Bright and bright colors and patterns are typically linked with summer and spring, but darker and more muted hues are associated with autumn and winter. However, this is not a hard and fast rule, and personal inclination and style play an important role in selecting textiles that are appropriate for all seasons.
Types of Yarn dyed Fabrics
Most fabrics with stripes, checks, plaids, ginghams, dots, or cross patterns are yarn-dyed fabrics. Dobby-style weaving, which weaves tiny crosses, dots, or lines into the fabric, is also a common type of yarn-dyed fabric.
Our Factory
We operate our own digital printing workshop, which has become a key trend in recent years. Digital printing not only efficiently meets the mass production requirements of orders, but also offers the flexibility to accommodate various differentiated and smaller orders. Most design colors can be printed as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), significantly reducing proofing time and costs. Our facility is equipped with 12 digital printing production lines, capable of processing cotton, linen, silk, nylon, leather, polyester, and various multi-component blended fabrics. We produce up to 30,000 meters of digital fabric daily.
